Keep your teachers and groups organized
Add your teachers and students, put students into groups, and choose who teaches them. A student can work with several teachers or belong to more than one group.
For language schools
You want to know how your students are doing without collecting updates from every teacher. QwikTeach lets you and your managers review their lessons, feedback, and practice in one place, and keep track of who teaches each student.
Create your account, set up your school, and invite your team.
Keep up with your school
See who teaches each student, what they’ve been working on, and what still needs a review. The detail comes from the lessons, feedback, and practice your teachers and students add to QwikTeach.

Review a student’s lesson history and progress reports, then look at their writing feedback, speaking homework, vocabulary, and recurring grammar difficulties.
Spot students who still need a teacher, lesson reports waiting for review, and essays waiting for approval. Check reports that failed to process so your team can follow up.
When a teacher changes
When a student changes teachers, their lesson history, feedback, and learning goals stay with them. The next teacher can see what they’ve covered and what they’re working towards before the first lesson.
You and your managers can review the same history when a student needs extra support.

Teachers see the students you choose for them, individually or through a group. You and your managers can see all of the school’s students. Each student has one primary teacher for bookings and lesson follow-up; other teachers working with that student can read their lesson history and feedback.
No. Groups organize students and teacher access. Shared multi-student lesson scheduling, group transcripts, and group progress reports are not included in school management.
Yes. A teacher can bring their own students and learning history into the school. Their private students stay separate until they choose to move them. Once added to the school, you and your managers can review those students’ progress.
