You don’t have to manage everything yourself. Invite other managers to help look after your teachers, students, and groups. Everyone has their own login, and teachers see the students they work with.
Students, groups, and teachers
Organize students into groups and give their teachers access to their lesson history. You can also connect a teacher to an individual student.
Add students with or without an email address, and send your teachers their invitation links. As the owner, you can invite managers to help run the school too.
Choose the teachers for each group, or connect them to individual students. A student can belong to several groups, and a group can have several teachers.
Each student has one primary teacher who handles bookings and lesson follow-up. Other teachers working with that student can read their lesson history and feedback. See the questions below for what needs to be settled before changing the primary teacher.
Stay close to the teaching
You and your managers can follow each student’s lessons, progress reports, and practice, and check activity across your teachers. The detail comes from the work recorded in QwikTeach.

Review past and upcoming lessons, lesson plans, teacher notes, and progress reports when they’re available.
See their writing and speaking homework, the feedback they’ve received, vocabulary progress, and recurring grammar difficulties.
See each teacher’s student count, completed lessons, reports waiting for review, and last sign-in. Use these details alongside the student work when you talk with a teacher.
Find students who still need a primary teacher, lesson reports waiting for review, processing errors, and essays waiting for approval.
Look back at changes to your staff, students, groups, and access, with a record of who made each change and when.
