Built from real teaching work

The lesson is only part of a teacher’s job.

QwikTeach gives independent online language teachers one connected system for lesson planning, student progress, follow-up, bookings, payments, and the work that happens after class.

Why QwikTeach exists

Built by a teacher who knew where the week was going.

Lucas started teaching English in Spain at 23. Two years later, he opened his own English school in the Netherlands and spent years helping students make real progress.

When teaching moved online, the same pattern became impossible to ignore. Good teachers were losing hours to planning, organizing notes, following up, managing schedules, and trying to remember what every student needed next.

QwikTeach was built to carry that surrounding work without taking the teacher out of the lesson.

One connected teaching workflow

Support before class, after class, and between lessons.

Before the lesson

Walk in prepared

QwikTeach turns student goals, previous lessons, teacher notes, and progress history into a lesson you can review and teach.

After the lesson

Keep what improved and what still needs work

Recordings become transcripts, progress reports, corrections, vocabulary, and clear recommendations for what should happen next.

Between lessons

Keep the business moving

Student records, bookings, payments, meeting rooms, lesson documents, and follow-up stay connected instead of becoming another admin pile.

The principle

Keep the teacher in the lesson. Put the system around them.

QwikTeach handles the repeated operational work and keeps the lesson history, progress notes, and next steps together, leaving teachers to correct the student’s actual errors and guide the conversation.
