- Our general terms and conditions are applicable exclusively as of the user's registration. No exceptions may be made to these rules except by express written agreement, signed by both parties.
- Access to our services is granted upon successful registration. For premium features, payment is required at the time of upgrade. For business accounts, invoices will be issued upon receipt of the purchase order and are payable within 15 days.
- Complaint procedure: All complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. A confirmation receipt will be sent within 48 hours. Our policy is to resolve complaints within 4 weeks. All complaints are handled confidentially.
- Data Usage: QwikTeach uses and processes personal data for service improvement and promotional purposes related to our services. Users may revoke permission for promotional communications at any time by sending an email with the subject line "Data Protection" to [email protected].
