Lesson Intelligence, wherever you teach

Your in-person lessons belong in the student record too.

Record the class with your own device, then upload it after you teach. QwikTeach turns what happened into a new lesson in the student’s document and carries the detail into their progress history.

Use an existing booking or log the lesson as you upload. See Lesson Intelligence allowances.

Ordering at a café and past-tense corrections

Uploaded after class

What you taught · Describing past experiences while ordering

Corrections · Past-tense forms used during the conversation

New language · Café phrases and useful follow-up practice

The title and lesson notes are generated from the recording. This example shows the format, not a real student record.

From class to record

Teach first. Bring the recording back later.

01

Record your lesson

Meet in a classroom, at a café, or on another platform. Record the conversation with your own device or tool.

02

Upload it for the student

Choose a previous booking or log the lesson. Add the recording, a transcript, student work, or private context when you have it.

03

Pick up where you left off

The lesson appears in the student document. The progress report and next lesson planning use what the student actually worked on.

What follows the upload

The useful details stay with the student.

You can keep teaching from a planned lesson or work more freely. Either way, the upload adds a separate, titled lesson record with the upload date. Both you and the student can return to it.

A lesson written from what happened

The student document gets a new entry for the concepts, corrections, vocabulary, and practice covered in class.

Progress that carries forward

Lesson Intelligence updates the progress report, student history, language patterns, and context for future plans.

Pronunciation when there’s audio

A recording can support pronunciation scoring for tracked words the student says. A text-only transcript cannot provide pronunciation evidence.

Questions about uploaded lessons

Do I need a QwikTeach booking?+

No. Choose a previous eligible booking, or log the lesson when you upload it. Logging a lesson does not use a booking credit. Lesson Intelligence minutes still apply.

What if I already planned the lesson in QwikTeach?+

You can connect the upload to that planned lesson. QwikTeach adds a separate record of what you actually taught to the student’s lesson document.

Can I upload a transcript instead of audio?+

Yes. Paste a transcript or upload a TXT, Markdown, VTT, or SRT file. A transcript can support lesson analysis, but pronunciation scoring needs a recording.

Will this update the student’s progress?+

Yes. The upload uses Lesson Intelligence to update the progress report and learning history, including vocabulary and grammar patterns. Recording uploads can also assess pronunciation of tracked words the student says.

Keep the lesson after you leave the room.

Bring your next taught lesson into QwikTeach and give your student a record they can use.
