As soon as a lesson is booked, QwikTeach sends the student a confirmation with the date, local time, and meeting details. Before class, the reminder uses the same live booking record, so it contains the correct room and reflects any schedule change. If you cancel or reschedule, the notification follows the updated lesson instead of leaving the student with an old message. You can see the booking status from the dashboard without checking whether you remembered to send an email. The student gets the information at the useful moment, and you do not spend the hour before class answering requests for the link.
