When a student books, QwikTeach creates the matching calendar event with the lesson time, student details, and meeting link already attached. You see it in your timezone, and the student receives the invitation in theirs. If the lesson moves or is cancelled, the booking and calendar event reconcile so you are not left with two different versions of the schedule. The same details feed the confirmation and reminder flow, which means the student is always sent back to the correct lesson. You can manage the booking from QwikTeach or respond to a calendar change without manually rebuilding the event and notifying everyone again.
