New in QwikTeach: manage your school and create grammar worksheets

You can now bring your school's teachers, managers, students, and groups into QwikTeach, and follow student progress across your team. We've also added interactive grammar worksheets that teachers can create from a lesson, review, and assign for practice.
Both updates are available now. If you run a language school, you can create your school from your existing account. If you teach independently, you can start using worksheets with your own students.
Share the day-to-day running of your school
Running a school shouldn't mean every student assignment or teacher change has to go through you.
Your school can have one owner and multiple managers. You can give a director of studies or another member of your team access to manage teachers, students, and groups, while everyone keeps their own login.
The owner can appoint managers and transfer ownership when needed. Managers can handle the school's teaching team and student lists, and a manager who also teaches can have teaching access too.
To add a colleague, create an invitation in your school and share the link with them. They can join using their existing QwikTeach account. A teacher who works with more than one school can belong to each one.
Put students with the right teachers
You can add students to your school, choose their primary teacher, and organize them into groups. A student can belong to more than one group, and a group can have more than one teacher.
Each student has one primary teacher for their individual lessons and assignments. You can also give other teachers access to that student's learning history, either directly or through a group. That gives colleagues the context they need when they're involved in the student's learning.
Groups organize your students and decide which teachers can see their records. The lessons themselves continue through QwikTeach's individual lesson workflow.
If you're already teaching in QwikTeach, you can move your own students into your school with their existing learning history. Earlier lessons and reports keep their original teacher attribution, so you can still see who taught the student.
See how students are doing across your team
When a student asks about their progress, you shouldn't have to chase their teacher for every detail.
Owners and managers can see the school's students and their learning records: lesson history, progress reports, writing feedback, speaking homework, vocabulary, and recurring grammar errors. Teachers see the school students assigned to them.
You can look at an individual student's work or check the school dashboard for students who need a primary teacher, reports waiting for teacher review, and essays awaiting approval. Teacher activity includes completed lessons and reports, so you can follow the work happening across your team.
You can find the details on our school management feature page, or visit QwikTeach for language schools to see how it fits your school.
Give students grammar practice from their lesson
Teachers can now create an interactive grammar worksheet from a student's lesson. QwikTeach drafts questions using the lesson content, with typed answers and multiple-choice questions.
The draft stays private until you assign it. Before that, you can review and edit the instructions, sentences, choices, accepted answers, and explanations. You decide whether the worksheet is ready for your student.
Once assigned, the worksheet appears in the student's Assignments. Their answers save as they work. When they select Check answers, they get feedback and explanations, and they can try again.
You can see the first attempt separately from their later practice, along with their latest result and number of attempts. That helps you tell the difference between what they answered correctly straight away and what they worked out after feedback.
