Bring your in-person lessons into QwikTeach

A lesson at a café can move a student forward just as much as one in your online room. Now you can record that lesson yourself, upload it afterward, and keep the teaching record in QwikTeach.
Take a Spanish conversation class. You correct a few past-tense forms, introduce phrases for ordering, and notice a pronunciation pattern worth revisiting. By the end of a full teaching day, those details are easy to lose. The recording gives the lesson agent something concrete to work from.
Upload the lesson you taught
Open the student’s profile and choose Upload a taught lesson. Add an audio or video recording from your device. You can also paste a transcript or upload a transcript file, then attach student work and private teaching context if you have them.
Choose an eligible booking when the lesson was already on your QwikTeach calendar. For an ad hoc class, log it during the upload. That creates a lesson record without using a booking credit. If you had a planned lesson, you can connect it too.
The upload is saved while it processes, so you can leave the page and return to the student profile to check its status. If a file upload is interrupted or processing fails, you can return to the saved lesson and continue.
Give the student a record of the actual class
QwikTeach transcribes the recording and adds a new entry to the student’s lesson document. It has a specific title based on what was taught, the upload date, and a self-uploaded lesson label. The entry captures the material covered in class: explanations, corrections, vocabulary, and useful follow-up practice. Your existing planned lesson remains available alongside it.
Lesson Intelligence then updates the progress report and student learning history. Vocabulary and recurring grammar patterns can inform what comes next. With a recording, it can also assess pronunciation of tracked words the student says. A text-only transcript can support the lesson analysis, but it cannot provide pronunciation evidence.
The workflow uses Lesson Intelligence minutes under your plan. Logging an ad hoc lesson does not deduct a booking credit.
The next time you teach away from your usual setup, record the class and bring it back to the student record. See how in-person lesson uploads work.
Teach the lesson. QwikTeach handles the rest.
