One QwikTeach subscription for your whole school
Your teachers can now work under one school subscription in QwikTeach. You choose a shared allowance of Lesson Intelligence hours for the team, and your teachers draw from that allowance as they teach.
Inviting a teacher or manager doesn't add a seat charge. You can bring your team, student records, and lesson follow-up together without managing a separate QwikTeach subscription for each colleague.

Share Lesson Intelligence hours across your team
Some teachers have a full timetable. Others teach a few classes a week or help with cover. A shared allowance lets your school use its Lesson Intelligence hours across those different workloads.
Use those hours to record and analyze lessons, follow student progress, and help teachers prepare what comes next.
The school owner chooses the allowance and manages the subscription. Teachers and managers can see the school's shared balance, including the hours already used or reserved and what's still available.
The allowance renews every four weeks. Your staff use the school's plan for their teaching work, so each teacher doesn't need to buy their own premium subscription.
If a colleague already has a paid personal subscription, they'll be asked to confirm its immediate cancellation when they join your school.
Give your team a shared picture of each student
Owners and managers can review learning records across the school: lesson history, progress reports, writing feedback, speaking homework, vocabulary, and recurring grammar difficulties.
Teachers work with the students assigned to them. You can choose a primary teacher and give other teachers access directly or through a group. A student can belong to several groups, and a group can have more than one teacher.
That gives colleagues working with the same student access to the same learning history, instead of relying on separate updates from each teacher.
Help the next teacher pick up where the last one left off
When a student changes teachers, their learning record stays with them. The next teacher can review previous lessons, feedback, and learning goals before their first session together.
Earlier lessons keep the name of the teacher who taught them. You can see who worked with the student while giving their new teacher the context to plan what comes next.
If you already teach with QwikTeach, you can move your own students into your school with their existing learning history.
See what needs your attention
The school dashboard brings together students who still need a primary teacher, progress reports waiting for teacher review, and essays awaiting approval. You can also spot reports that failed to process and follow up with your team.
You and your managers can share this work. Your school can have one owner and several managers, each with their own login. A manager who also teaches can have teaching access too.
